Weight and cardio training by day. Detailed list of exercises with the total number of series and repetitions,as well as breaks between repetitions and series. We will gradually increase the weights during the process,and change program from time to time!
The exact number of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fats) on a daily basis, during a given week. To implement this diet plan, you need a kitchen scale, in order to be able to follow the diet in the right way.
Supplementation is not mandatory, but for better performance during training and easier regeneration of the body during rest, it is recommended. This doesen’t mean steroids, it is about the intake of essential supplements aimed to improve overall health, as well as progress during this program!
The most important thing to get from this program is a weekly progress check. You send me three photos once a week - front, back and side. After morning urination, weight is measured, as well as the circumference of certain parts of the body. After you provide me with the measurements and photos, I will make your plan for the next week. Depending on progress, sometimes plans can stay the same (if progress is evident), or we correct them (if there is stagnation or minimal progress) SUPPORT ON THE ROAD OF CHANGE
